SHIPPING

SHIPPING CANADA + UNITED STATES SITEWIDE, SITEWIDE.

Flat rate shipping for smalls; such as objects, garments, and adornments. Furniture rates will vary due to size, weight and distance travelled. All shipping/delivery charges are invoiced separately.

All items are shipped from Victoria, BC using Canada Post/UPS. Pieces will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving the payment of your shipping invoice. Furniture may ship ground freight or best competitive rate we can find you. Clients may opt to keep their box open for a maximum of 4-6 weeks to bundle and save on the cost of shipping. Exclusively available for smalls. (Objects, garments, and adornments)

All shipping costs will be invoiced separately and will be in Canadian Dollars. 

The Found Studio is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit.  After an item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. We are unable to replace or refund stolen packages or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.

Delivery times are only estimates, there can be additional delays if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not promise delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times, as this is beyond our control.

If an item arrives broken please send photos to info@thefoundstudio.com and we will proceed from there.

Local Pick Up

We are happy to arrange appointments at the Found Studio for pickups in Victoria, BC. Please select local pick-up when checking out. You will receive a follow up email to schedule your pickup appointment.

RETURNS & Exchanges

All vintage purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This shop is hosted by Squarespace Inc. which provides a space and commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices stated on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAN). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify our site, terms, and privacy policy at any time. As well, at any time discontinue our Services without notice.

What’s Lost And Found is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. The user has resumed all responsibility once the package has left our premises. We are not responsible for delays caused by shippings errors, or customs. Shipping time may exceed the estimate due to factors outside of our control.

Your purchase is vintage and should be expected as such. Any major flaws are always noted and informed to buyer. We do believe that the quality and character of your item comes from the life its lived. Any vintage lamps may have vintage plugs, and though we inspect and rewire - it is up to the clients discretion to use/ update if they feel necessary

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All sales are final. Exchanges, returns and cancelations are not permitted.
